Learned AGA accepts notice for respondents No.1 to 4. 2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Call for the records. b. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the R3 and R4 to consider the representation at Annexure-H and J, dated 18.06.2025 by directing the Respondent to release the entire bill amount in favour of the petitioner forthwith in the interest of justice and equity. c. Pass such other order/s as this Hon’ble Court deems fit, in the facts and circumstances of the case. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that in terms of the works carried out by the petitioner and the bills raised by the petitioner, the amounts which are required to be paid - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:42584 WP No. 20660 of 2025 has not been so paid by respondent No.4. In that view of the matter, a representation has been made by the petitioner on 18.06.2025. 4. Whenever any bills is submitted to the authorities, it is required for that the State authorities to consider the said bills and pass necessary orders within a reasonable time either accepting or rejecting the bills claimed, in accordance with law. Same not having been done, I pass the following: ORDER i. The writ petition stands disposed. ii. Respondent is directed to consider the bills along with supported documents and the representation dated 18.06.2025 at Annexure-H and pass order as necessary in accordance with law within 45 days’ from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. iii.
