Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that on receipt of complaint made by the petitioner, police have conducted preliminary enquiry and that they have not registered any crime since the matter is civil in nature. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law.
