The applicant was granted bail in FIR No.83 of 2024, Police Station Kaliyar Shareef, District-Haridwar on 05.05.2025, but due to some typographical mistake, some more penal provisions i.e. Section 363, 366 of IPC and 3(a) of POCSO Act, 2013, could not be transcribed in the order dated 05.05.2025. Now, Correction Application, MCRC No.1 of 2025, has been moved for correcting order dated 05.05.2025. The Correction Application (MCRC No.1 of 2025) is allowed. Let correction be carried out in the order dated 05.05.2025, which is as follows:- (i) In Paragraph No.3, Sections 363 and 366 of IPC and Section 3(a) of POCSO Act, 2013 be added. 5.
