Learned Counsel submits that in terms of the provisions of the Act, exercise of phodi and Durasth should be undertaken and completed within a stipulated time. 4. Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to respondent Nos.5 and 6 to proceed to conduct phodi and Durasth and complete the process as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
