The petitioner has filed present petition seeking regularisation in the service. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that similarly situated employees namely Ram Vilas Sahu and Khelaf Ram have been regularised whereas he has been subjected to hostile discrimination, therefore, he would pray for liberty to file representation before the authority raising plea of discrimination and grant of parity with similarly situated persons. 3. Prayer seems to be just and proper. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to prefer fresh representation within a month raising plea of discrimination with the similarly situated persons. 5. It is expected that in the eventuality of filing of representation within a month before the respondent authorities, the same shall be decided by the respondent authorities within further four months in accordance with the law . 6.
