State of Utter Pradesh and others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 and Sundhu Janak Nagargoje Vs State of Maharashtra and Others reported in 2023 Live Law (SC) 639, consequentially direct the 3rd and the 4th respondents to take action against the respondents 5 to 16 on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 18.08.2025 vide Grievance No. PLND202508183601 forthwith and pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the 3rd and the 4th respondents to take action against the respondents 5 to 16 on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 18.08.2025 vide Grievance No. PLND202508183601 forthwith pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass such Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents more particularly the 3rd and the 4th respondents in not registering the crime against the respondents 5 to 16 on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 18.08.2025 to the 3rd respondent vide Grievance No. PLND202508183601 as illegal, arbitrary and also oppose to the verdicts of the Apex Court in Lalitha Kumari Vs. State of Utter Pradesh and others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 and Sundhu Janak Nagargoje Vs State of Maharashtra and Others reported in 2023 Live Law (SC) 639, consequentially direct the 3rd and the 4th respondents to take action against the respondents 5 to 16 on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 18.08.2025 vide Grievance No. PLND202508183601 forthwith and pass such.…”
2. Heard Sri Kosanam Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, would submit that the police have not registered any crime on the complaint made by the petitioner, since, on enquiry, it is found that the subject matter is purely civil in nature. The police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
