The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jorapokhar P.S. Case No. 249/2021, for the offences registered under Sections 376, 447, 506 of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge-POCSO, Dhanbad. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have sexually exploited the minor daughter of the informant. The occurrence is alleged to have taken place in the year 2019. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the present case has been filed after two years. It was further submitted that the informant has filed two other cases of similar nature against different persons. 5. Attention has been drawn towards the order dated 17.09.2024 passed in Cr. Appeal (D.B) No.781 of 2024 in which the Hon’ble Division Bench while granting bail to the convict of that case, has observed that the informant is in the habit of filing similar nature of cases against different persons. 6. Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that Anticipatory Bail Application of the petitioner has been earlier rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 7. Considering the nature of allegation and the submissions made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge-POCSO, Dhanbad in connection with Jorapokhar P.S.
