ORDER Date : 20-03-2025 Heard the learned counsel, Mr. L. Tatam, appearing for the applicant and Ms. T. Jini, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Arunachal Pradesh. This is an application under Section 483 of BNNS, 2023 praying for grant of bail to the accused person, namely, Shri Teri Kumar, who has been arrested in connection with Doimukh P.S. Case No. 86/2024 under Sections 103(1)/3(5)
Page No.# 2/2 of BNS, 2023. Ms. T. Jini, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that when the present bail application was filed by the applicant, the charge-sheet in this case has already been submitted. The learned counsel for the applicant has admitted to that fact. Since the allegation of murder has been accused against the accused person, namely, Shri Teri Kumar, this Court is of the opinion that since witnesses are yet to be examined by the Trial Court, the present bail application is found to be premature. Therefore, it is advised to the applicant to come back before this Court again after the examination of the witnesses by the Trial Court. With the aforesaid observation, the bail application stands closed and
disposed of.
