JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 09/10/2025 By means of filing the instant criminal misc. application, petitioner has raised a grievance that Bank Guarantee to the tune of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. one lac) has not been issued by the State Bank of India, Branch Pushkar, and decided verbally that no direction has been issued by High Court, hence, Bank Guarantee could not be furnished in compliance of order dated 26.08.2025, passed by this Court. Although no such letter of Bank, declining to issue a Bank Guarantee, has been placed on record, however, it is hereby observed and directed that if petitioner provides security of amount of Rs.1,00,000/- to the satisfaction of the Bank, Bank Guarantee be issued to petitioner so as to furnish the same before the Court, in order to get released the vehicle in question, in compliance of order dated 26.08.2025.
