On 28.10.2025, this Court disposed the Writ Petition, inter alia, with the following directions: i. “The petitioner/college is directed to furnish all the data as required by the Commission for fixing the fee for the block period 2024- 26 along with representation (if not submitted) by paying the processing fee with penalty as suggested in the notification within a period of one week from today. vii. The Commission may also consider early fixation of the final fee that can be collected by the college for the block period 2024-26”. Pursuant to the same, learned counsel for respondent No.2 in the Writ Petition filed this Interlocutory Application stating that since Academic Year 2024-2025 is already over, fees cannot be retrospectively recommended to the 2 SL. DATE ORDER OFFICE NOTE Government and as such it is prayed to modify the order directing the petitioner herein/respondent No.2 to recommend the fees prospectively i.e., for the Academic Years that are yet to be completed. Perused the record. Due to inadvertence, the block period 2024- 2026 has been mentioned at para 5(i) and (vii) of the order dated 28.10.2025 in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, it is modified as 2025-26. Registry is directed to issue modified order to that extent by deleting the block period 2024-26 and substituting 2025-2026 at para 5(i) and (vii).
