Bail Application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S to release him on bail in Sessions Case No.305 of 2021 (State Vs.Mohar Singh) arising out of Case Crime No.28 of 2021 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 333, 353, 307, 364, 397, 302, 396, 109 and 412 I.P.C., Police Station- Sidhpura, District-Kasganj. 4. There are serious allegations against the applicant being part of an unlawful assembly, which caused death of a police personnel which cannot be ignored only because applicant is a lady and since trial is proceeding also, therefore, no case of bail is made out. 5.
