In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for direction to the respondent to consider the representation dated 15th February, 2025 (Annexure-N) in respect of entry in the RTC pertaining to the land in question. 3. Heard Sri. Kumar K.G., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Navya Shekhar, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, I have carefully examined the writ papers. Taking into consideration the order dated 09th December, 2020 (Annexure- J) passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.14343 of 2020, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 15th February, 2025 (Annexure-N) in accordance with law, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
