This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 25.2.2025 registered as Case Crime no. 53 of 2025, under Sections 316(1), 318, 338, 336, 340,351(2), 61(2) of B.N.S., P.S. Mahwan, District Mathura. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for the informant-respondent no. 3 agree that a compromise had taken taken place between the parties. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. 6. Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
