Mr. Ruhul Ameen, learned counsel for the appellant, submits that sole appellant – Shankar Pal has died on 16.6.2023. 3 2. Mr. Ashish Shukla, learned Government Advocate for the State, would submit that he has verified the fact that appellant – Shankar Lal has died on 16.6.2023. 3. Let a copy of the Death Certificate of the appellant be filed during the course of the day. 4. Since the appellant is reported to be dead and no application has been filed by the LRs of the deceased-appellant to prosecute the appeal, the appeal is abated. 5.
