Matter comes up on application filed by the appellant seeking interim suspension of sentence on the ground of marriage of his real sister (Priyanka), which is scheduled to be solemnized on 29.04.2025. 2. This Court vide order dated 24.04.2025 directed the Public Prosecutor to get verification report with regard to factum of marriage, as aforesaid, from the concerned Station House Officer, Police Station Nai Mandi, Hindaun City District Karauli. 3. Pursuant to the aforesaid order, the Station House Officer, Police Station Nai Mandi, Hindaun City District Karauli has submitted the verification report, which indicates that marriage of [2025:RJ-JP:17541] (2 of 2) [SOSA-682/2025] the sister of the appellant is going to be solemnized on 29.04.2025. 3. The appellant is brother of the bride. His presence is required in rituals and customs of the marriage. Under such circumstances, this Court deems it just and proper to suspend the sentence of the appellant for a period of ten days. 4. Accordingly, the instant application seeking third bail (suspension of sentence) filed by the appellant under Section 430 BNSS is allowed and the sentence awarded by the Court of Special Judge, POCSO Act, 2012 and Child Right Protection Commission Act, 2005, Karauli vide judgment dated 07.01.2023 in Sessions Case No.19/2022 against the appellant-Ishu S/o Pooran Singh shall remain suspended for a period of ten days w.e.f. 26.04.2025 to 05.05.2025, subject to furnishing of a personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) by the appellant along with two surety bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. 5. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the jail authorities on 05.05.2025 at 5.00 PM.
