RAMESH WRIT PETITION NO: 28727/2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “... to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of Respondents, more particularly 3rd Respondent in initiating proceedings dated 26.07.2025 vide No.G5/3618/2025, directing the petitioners to appear and substantiate her ownership rights and further insisting upon her personal appearance before the authorities on the basis of a complaint lodged by the 5th respondent in respect of petitioners agricultural land admeasuring Ac.3.72 cents situated in R.S.No.284/1 of Kapileswarapuram Village, Pamidimukkala Mandal, Krishna District”. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 to 4. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the 3rd respondent issued the notice dated 26.07.2025 with regard to the allegations received and the complaints lodged by the Sub-Registrar, Vuyyuru. 4. He also further submitted that the petitioners have also submitted reply/explanations on 01.09.2025 to the said notice of the 3rd respondent dated 26.07.2025. 5. In view of the said circumstances, the respondents are directed to consider the representation/explanation submitted by the petitioners and pass 4 HDR,J W.P.No.28727 of 2025 appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible. Till such time, the authorities concerned shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
