1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the Tahsildar for compliance of the order passed by the AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Digitally signed by AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Date: 2025.01.23 17:28:30 +0530
2 SDO(R) vide order dated 29/05/2023 passed in Appeal Case No.113/A-6/2021-22, by which, the SDO (Revenue), Bilaspur has
directed and remanded back the matter to the Tahsildar for mutation of the name of the plaintiff/petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the order of the SDO is very clear, who has observed in the order that the learned 8th Civil Judge, Class-2, Bilaspur, C.G. in Civil Case No.16-A/96, decree dated 04/08/97 has declared the title of the plaintiff. In spite of the order of the SDO dated 29/05/2023, the Tahsildar is not proceeding in the matter of mutation of the land bearing Khasra No.1114/1 area of 0.85 acres, which is owned by the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the State/respondent submits that if the proceeding of mutation is still pending before the Tahsildar, the same shall be considered in accordance with law within a stipulated time.
4. I have heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the
order of the SDO(R).
5. The order of the SDO(Revenue) dated 29/05/2023 Annexure P-2, by which, the SDO(Revenue) has remanded back the matter to the Court of Naib Tahsildar, Bilaspur, C.G. observing that the Civil Suit has been decreed in favour of the petitioner vide decree dated 04/08/97 in Civil Suit No.16-A/1996. Hence, the Tahsildar,
3 Bilaspur (C.G.) is directed to take necessary steps and pass necessary order in the remanded matter within a period of thirty days from today in accordance with law. SD/-
