Mr. Munshaw, learned advocate is present and has pointed out that affidavit-in-reply are also filed in the matters and as such, in view of the reply, no prayer can be granted. 3. However, when the matters was called out on 17.06.2025, none present for the respective parties. When the C/SCA/13099/2012 ORDER DATED: 18/06/2025 matters are called out today, none present on behalf of the petitioner. Considering the fact that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the present proceeding, this Court has no other option but to dismiss the present proceedings for want of prosecution. 4. Accordingly, the present petitions are dismissed for want of prosecution.
