The petitioner has filed this writ petition on the following relief: “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ/order/direction directing the respondent 2 no. 4, i.e. Tahsildar, Baikunthpur to reopen and conclude the revenue proceeding pursuant to the order dated 15.05.2025 (Annexure P/9) passed by Divisional Commissioner in revenue appeal no. within the stipulated time period. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ/order/direction directing the State authorities to take appropriate coercive and disciplinary action against respondent no. 4 i.e. officiating Tahsildar. 10.3 That, the Hon’ble Court further be pleased to grant such other relief as may be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent no. 4 officiating as Tahsildar is not complying with the order dated 15.05.2025 passed by Commissioner, Division Sarguja, Ambikapur (C.G.) 3. Learned State Counsel submits that the present petition may be disposed of directing the respondent no. 4 to comply with the order dated 15.05.2025 in accordance with law. 4. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 3 5. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of the counsels, respondent no. 4 is directed to comply with the order dated 15.05.2025 passed by Commissioner, Division Sarguja, Ambikapur (C.G.) in accordance with law, rules and regulations, expeditiously, as soon as possible, if there is no legal impediment. 6.
