1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):-

2 10.2 That, Hon’ble Court may further be pleased to pass any order or issue any suitable writ of superintendence as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit under the circumstances of the case including the cost of the petition.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that an application under Section 12 of Protection of Woman from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 moved by the petitioner is pending before learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, District Bilaspur since 08.02.2021. Thus, he would pray for a direction to the concerned Court to decide the pending application moved by the petitioner within a stipulated time.
3. Taking into consideration the submission made by Mr. Pandey, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Court i.e. Judicial Magistrate First Class, District Bilaspur to make all endeavours to decide the application moved by the petitioner bearing MJC No. 316/2021 expeditiously.
4. With the aforesaid observation(s), and direction(s), the instant petition is hereby disposed of. Sd/-
