Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 3. As seen from the record, this is the second bail application filed by the petitioner/Accused No.1 seeking to release him on bail. This Court, in Crl.P.No.11827 of 2025, vide order dated 27.11.2025, dismissed the first bail application. There is no change in circumstances from the date of dismissal of the first bail application till the date of filing of the second bail application. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no preliminary charge sheet was filed by the Investigating Officer. However, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the preliminary charge sheet was filed by the Investigating Officer. 3 Dr.YLR,J Crl.P.No.12807 of 2025 Dated 31.12.2025 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and in view of the filing of the preliminary charge sheet, the accusations are well-founded against the petitioner/Accused No.1. Hence, there are no merits to grant bail to the Petitioner/Accused No.1 at this juncture. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed. 5.
