ORDER:-
The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“…issue a WRIT order or orders or a direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondent No.4 in not conducting an enquiry in pursuance of the notice in R.C.A.No.583/2025 dt. 31.05.2025 as highhanded, illegal, arbitrary, malafide and violation of principles of natural justice by setting aside the same and consequentially direct the 4th respondent to complete the enquiry in pursuance of the notice in R.C.A. No.583/2025 dt. 31.05.2025 and submit his report to the respondent No.3 and further direct the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action and pass appropriate orders basing on the report to be submitted by the 4th respondent in the interest of justice and pass…”
2. The above writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent No.4 in not concluding the inquiry pursuant to the notice in R.C.A.No.583/2025, dated 31.05.2025 and submitting report to respondent No.3.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if a direction is given to respondent No.4 to complete the inquiry pursuant to the aforementioned notice.
5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader did not refute the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above submissions, without going into merits of the case, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.4 to complete the inquiry pursuant to the notice in R.C.A.No.583/2025, dated 31.05.2025, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
