Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 206 of 2025 arising out of Petarwar P.S. Case No. 171 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 80(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II, FTC, Bermo at Tenughat. 3. The petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased, Basanti Kumari, who died due to hanging in her matrimonial home. 4. It was submitted that the deceased had committed suicide, as she wanted to reside with the petitioner, but her in-laws were not allowing her to go to Mumbai. It was further submitted that due to this fact, the deceased had committed suicide. It was finally submitted that the petitioner was not residing with the deceased at the time of occurrence. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II, FTC, Bermo at Tenughat, in connection with S.T. No. 206 of 2025 arising out of Petarwar P.S. Case No. 171 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) R.Kr.
