Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Namkum P.S. Case No. 217 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 310(2) and 311 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Mayank Maliyaz, learned Judicial Magistrate, IX, Ranchi.

On 14.07.2025 at about 10:30 P.M., dacoity was committed in the 132/33 Kv. Grid Sub-station, Namkum.

It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. It was finally submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as by co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Mayank Maliyaz, learned Judicial Magistrate, IX, Ranchi, or his successor, in connection with Namkum P.S. Case No. 217 of 2025.
