GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following order: The present writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not releasing the retiremental benefits i.e., the Gratuity, Encashment of Earned Leave and Half Pay leave, Surrender Leave, PRC Arrears and DA Arrears and other terminal benefits to the petitioner though she was retired from service on 31.01.2025. 2. Heard Smt. Kavitha Gottipati, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents. With the consent of both the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. 3. The petitioner was joined in service on 09.10.1987 as a Special Teacher and subsequently appointed on regular basis as Secondary Grade Teacher. She was further promoted as Primary School Headmistress and retired from service on 31.01.2025. But her retirement benefits are not being paid. It is contended that there is no dispute with regard to the entitlement of the petitioner for the amounts and it has already been determined as payable to the petitioner and the respondents have processed the bills. 4. The required bills, as per the procedure have also been uploaded in the CFMS portal and it remained at that stage and the amount has not been credited to the account of the petitioner. 3 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner places reliance on the decision of Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.28306 of 2025 dated 17.10.2025. 6. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents would not dispute the same. 7. Having regard the submissions made, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the respondents to process and remit/pay the retirement benefits to the credit of account of the Petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 8. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
