The petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to them in case FIR No.20 dated 02.02.2025, registered under Sections 420 and 120-B of IPC, at Police Station Khanna City-2, District Khanna. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the order dated 03.04.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation. 3. Learned State counsel has submitted that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are no longer required for further investigation. 4. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 03.04.2025, passed by this Court is made absolute. The petitioners shall continue to join investigation, as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
