Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 18.09.2025 certain error has occurred and in view of that modification was filed which was further allowed on 24.09.2025 and the surrender time was extended, however, in the meantime Durga Pooja Vacation has started and in view of that the petitioner has not been able to surrender before the learned Court. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the anticipatory bail has already been granted to the petitioner in spite of that the petitioner has not surrendered within time. 2025:JHHC:36159 --2-- Cr.M.P. No. 3163 of 2025 4. In view of above submission and looking into the contents of the Cr.M.P., two weeks further time from today is extended to surrender before the learned Court. 5. Order dated 18.09.2025 which was further modified by order dated 24.09.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 5538 of 2025 is modified to the above extent. 6. Rest of the conditions are kept intact. 7.
