This Cr.M.P. has been filed for modification and extension of time for surrender in the order dated 26.09.2024 passed in A.B.A. No. 6358 of 2024 by this Court. 2. Submission has been made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been admitted to Anticipatory Bail in A.B.A. No. 6358 of 2024 vide order dated 26.09.2024 in which the name of the petitioner has been wrongly typed as Rajkumar Rao instead of Rajkumar Oraon. To supplement his argument, learned counsel for the petitioner drew attention of this Court towards the Anticipatory Bail Application being A.B.A. No. 6358 of 2024 filed on behalf of the petitioner in which the name of the petitioner has been mentioned as Rajkumar Oraon. 3. It has further been submitted that the petitioner failed to surrender before the Court concerned due to typographical error in the name of the petitioner in the cause title of the order passed in A.B.A. No. 6358 of 2024 and upon above premise, the prayer for modification in the order dated 26.09.2024 and extension of time for surrender, is made. 2025:JHHC:36233 2. 4. Learned counsel for the State has raised objection that this Cr.M.P. has been filed very belatedly. 5. When the query was made to the learned counsel for the petitioner that why he approached this Court for the rectification of name of the petitioner after elapse of about 11 months of the order dated 26.09.2024 passed in A.B.A. No. 6358 of 2024, then no plausible explanation has been given on behalf of the petitioner. 6. It transpires that due to the typographical error, the name of the petitioner has been typed as Rajkumar Rao instead of Rajkumar Oraon. 7. The name of the petitioner is hereby corrected and read as Rajkumar Oraon in the cause title of the order dated 26.09.2024 in A.B.A. No. 6358 of 2024 and for ends of justice, the period for surrender of the petitioner is further extended for 15 working days from today. 8. This order shall be part and parcel of order dated 26.09.2024 in A.B.A. No. 6358 of 2024. 9. Accordingly, the instant Cr.M.P. is allowed and disposed of. (Arun Kumar Rai, J.)
