The case relates to grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Ahilyapur P.S. Case No.38 of 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II cum Special Judge (Cyber Crime), Giridih. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instruction seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file regular bail before the learned Court. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection. 5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 6. It is made clear that if the petitioner moves before the learned Court for regular bail, the same will be decided in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this Order.
