JUSTICE G BASAVARAJA ORAL JUDGMENT The appellant has preferred this appeal against the order passed by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge at Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru in Crl.Misc.No.1342/2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 120(B), r/w 34 of IPC and Section 3 (2)(v) of SC and ST (POA) Act and earlier has rejected the bail application filed by the appellant. 2. Though the learned counsel for the appellant has urged so many grounds in the memorandum of appeal, at the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:42977 CRL.A No. 1793 of 2025 time of arguments, the learned counsel has fairly submits that he will restrict his arguments only to issuance of direction by this Court to the Trial Court to conclude the Trial and to dispose of the Trial at the earliest, pointing out that appellant/accused is in judicial custody for a period of 2 years 7 months. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant and also keeping in mind the decision of the Apex Court in the case of Javed Gulam Nabi Shaikh - Vs- State of Maharashtra and Another in Crl.A.NO.2787/2024, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the Trial keeping in mind the Section 309 of Cr.P.C., and also the decision of the Apex Court supra, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
