Petitioners have filed this writ application for a direction upon the learned court below to consider the order dated 08.02.2019 passed in Cr. M.P. No. 3755 of 2018 in connection with Muffassil P.S. Case No. 68 of 2017 registered under section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj. 3. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the materials available on the record, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Trial Court in light of the observation made in the order dated 08.02.2019 passed in Cr. M.P. No. 3755 of 2018 within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application is disposed of.
