Due to change of policy of the Government for leasing/renewal of leases vide G.O dated 09.10.2013, further renewal was not considered and land was taken possession by the Department on 24.12.2013. Therefore, no further orders are required. The cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Interim stay granted earlier, shall stand vacated.
