ORAL ORDER Smt.Lekha Chandrashekar, counsel on behalf of Raghuram Cadambi, for the applicants and Sri. Shrishail Navalgund, counsel for the Official Liquidator, have appeared in person. Counsel for the applicant submits that an application in CA No.29/2025 is filed to strike out/ delete the second and third respondents from the array of parties, as they are not involved in the transactions. Counsel, therefore, submits that the applications may be allowed. Counsel for the Official Liquidator submits that whether respondents 2 and 3 are involved in the transactions or not is a matter for evidence. Hence, they cannot be struck down at this stage.

The Official Liquidator is justified in contending so. Whether respondents 2 and 3 are involved in the transactions or not is a matter of evidence. Hence, I decline to allow the application. Resultantly, C.A.No.29/2025 is rejected.
