106 IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH
COCP-1674-2025
Date of Decision: 03.04.2025
Sheetal Sharma
….Petitioner
Versus
Chander Shekhar Khare, IAS
....Respondent
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIKRAM AGGARWAL
Present: Mr. Sube S. Kaushik, Advocate for the petitioner.
****
VIKRAM AGGARWAL, J (ORAL)
1.
Learned counsel for the petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 07.02.2025 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CWP-1824-2021:
“1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits on instructions, that in terms of the price relating to the subject plot as becomes mentioned in the impugned letter concerned, and, if within a period of 2 months, the allotment of the plot, becomes made to the present petitioner, thereupon the writ petition be permitted to be withdrawn.
2. In view of the above, and on the oral request of the learned counsels for both the parties, the main appeal is taken on board today, itself. Since the supra made statement at the Bar by the counsel for the petitioner is both just and fair, therebys, the same is accepted by the learned counsel for the respondents.
3. Disposed of accordingly.”
2.
Clearly two months have not elapsed. The contempt petition is, therefore, premature and is accordingly dismissed.
