This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned action of the Respondents 4 and 5 in interfering with daily life and liberty of the petitioner is highly arbitrary, illegal and violation of Art 21 and consequentially direct the respondents 4 and 5 to restrain from interfering with the daily life and liberty of the petitioner.”

2. Sri T.M.K.Chaitanya, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Police are calling the Petitioner to the Police Station without there being any crime registered against the Petitioner and are interfering with the civil disputes between the parties.
3. Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, earlier, three criminal cases have been registered against the Petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would further submit that the Police are not interfering with the civil disputes between the parties.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
