The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dhansar P.S. Case No. 279 of 2018, registered for the offences under Sections 419, 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegations are made that certain amount has been transferred to the account of the petitioner, but that fact is not correct and the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-17 of the petition. He submits that in identical situation, the other co-accused has already been provided the privilege of anticipatory bail in A.B.A. Nos. 792 of 2019 and 2844 of 2024 by the co-ordinate bench and in A.B.A. No. 5049 of 2025 by this bench. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of taking money in the name of KAUN BNEGA CROREPATI. 5. Considering that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-17 of the petition and further in identical situation, the other co-accused persons [2025:JHHC:35549] -2- have already been provided the privilege of anticipatory bail by the co- ordinate bench in the aforementioned A.B.As., I am inclined to provide privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad, in connection with Dhansar P.S. Case No. 279 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dated:-27.11.2025 Amitesh/-
