The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief:- 10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/direction thereby direct to the respondent to decide the representation dated 04.08.2025(Annexure P/1). 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ/order/direction thereby direct to the respondent authority to conduct demarcation of land in questioned within stipulated time by missal map or online map. 10.4 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass any other order(s) or direction (s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice, equity and good conscience; 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not challenging any particular order but this petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent authority to decide the representation dated 04.08.2025 regarding the demarcation of land situated at village Mopka Patwaric circle number 19 (present P.C. No. 29) Tehsil and District Bilaspur C.G. bearing Khasra No. 779 area 0.66 Acre. But the respondent authority did not decide to the same till date. 4. Learned counsel for respondents submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner seeking direction to respondent-authorities to consider the pending application, he is having no objection to the limited prayer and pending application dated 04.08.2025 will be considered in accordance with law. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 3 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the respondent No. 2 to consider/decide the claim/application of the petitioner (Annexure P-1) dated 04.08.2025 in accordance with law/rules/regulations as expeditiously as possible after giving sufficient opportunity of hearing to the private respondent No. 5 to 13. 7.
