1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:
“10 (I). The Hon'ble Court may kindly be graciously pleased to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to consider the application submitted by petitioner and endorsement the replacement of vehicle and endorsement of name of the petitioner in aforesaid permit (Annex.-P/1), which is already done by
2 originally granting authority i.e. State Transport Authority Odisha, Cuttack. 10 (II). Any other reliefs which this Hon'ble Court deem fit in the circumstances of the case, may also be granted to the petitioner.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be
disposed of with a direction to concerned respondent-authority to consider and decide pending application/representation of the petitioner Annexure P-3, expeditiously within specific time.
3. Learned State Counsel submits that she is having no objection to the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner.
4. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
5. Considering facts of the case, limited prayer made by counsel for petitioner which is not opposed by the State Counsel, this writ petition is
disposed of at this stage directing respondent No.2 to consider and decide the pending application/representation of the petitioner Annexure P-3 in accordance with relevant law/rules/regulation, preferably within an outer limit of '30 days' from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
