This petition has been filed for restoration of Criminal Revision No.1241 of 2023 which stood dismissed on account of non-removal of defects in terms of order dated 22.06.2024. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the defects could not be removed. He submits that he is otherwise ready to remove the defects if the revision is restored. 4. The learned counsel for the opposite parties has no serious objection so far as the prayer for restoration is concerned. 5. Considering the submission, the time for removal of defects in Cr. Revision No.1241 of 2023 is extended till 31.10.2025. If the defects are removed in the criminal revision within the extended time, 2025:JHHC:30503 2 office is directed to place the criminal revision before appropriate Bench as per roster. 6.
