Heard the parties.
2. The Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bindapathar P.S. Case No. 46 of 2025, for the offence registered under Section 309(4) of the B.N.S., and charge-sheet has been submitted for the offences under Section 310(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1- B)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara.
3. On 11.06.2025, at about 04:30 P.M., the informant was waylaid by three unknown persons near Dhasniya Thana, Bindapathar. The miscreants looted Rs. 60,000/-, mobile phone and ATM card from him.
4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier as well as co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara in connection with Bindapathar P.S. Case No. 46 of 2025.
