JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 21-07-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, informant and the State. 2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. Informant Anjit Kumar alleged that on 16.11.2024 at 6.30 pm, while he was at home, in the meantime, all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners attacked him with iron rod. It is further alleged that these petitioners threatened informant with dire consequences. 4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30145 of 2025(2) dt.21-07-2025 2/2 parties are neighbours and scuffle took place between them over a petty dispute. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus and no specific overt act has been alleged against these petitioners. Injuries allegedly caused by these petitioners are simple in nature. Case and counter case. Case lodged by these petitioners is earlier in point of time. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Patna in connection with Patliputra P. S. Case No. 524 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. Navya/- (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) U T
