Heard Mr.Rajeev Shrivastava, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Mr.Shishir Dixit, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr.S.S.Baghel, learned Deputy Government Advocate appearing for respondents No.1 to 3/State. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with following reliefs:- “10.1. That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 19.06.2025 registered as Crime No. 281 / 2025 at Police Station- Civil Lines, Raipur for offences under sections 34, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC as far as it relates to the petitioner. 10.2 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly further be pleased to grant any other order/relief as deem fit and proper to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition as the same is suffering from defects in the pleading as well as in prayer clause. 3 4. Permission is granted. 5. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh petition, subject to depositing a sum of Rs.5,000/- as cost by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court and the same shall be transmitted to the Special School for Intellectually Handicapped Girls, District Narayanpur (C.G.). 6. Certified copy of the documents annexed with this petition shall be returned to learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining the photocopies of the same.
