...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents more particularly respondent No. 3 in obstructing/locking the community hall as well as the office of the association of the petitioner at community hall located at Marripalem VUDA Colony, without there being any notice or following the procedure contemplated under law as well as without honoring the renewal of the lease in Rc.No. 17025(34)72/2025 dated 05.05.2025 under due influence of the 4TH respondent as illegal, arbitrary and also oppose to all cannons of justice as well as oppose to principles of natural justice consequentially direct the respondents more particularly the respondent No. 3 to unlock the premises of the community hall located at Marripalem VUDA Colony forthwith as per the renewal renewed by the 3RD respondent in Rc.No. 17025(34)72/2025 dated 05.05.2025 till completion of the renewal period of 5 years and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents more particularly the respondent No. 3 to unlock the premises of the community hall located at Marripalem VUDA Colony forthwith as per the renewal renewed by the 3RD

ORDER:-
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submits that the subject property was taken over by the 3rd respondent on account of the petitioner using it for other purposes which are not permitted, and that vide
order dated 16.10.2025, this Court directed the respondents to handover the premises to the petitioner. It is submitted that the premises has been handed over back to the petitioner’s association.
3. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed off, and it is also made clear to the respondents that any action against the petitioner shall be in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
