The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chouparan PS Case No.277 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No.3561 of 2017, for offence registered under section 272, 273, 290 of the IPC and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Hazaribagh.
3. Learned State counsel submits that the final form has already been submitted saying that charge sheet has been submitted showing the owner as dead. She further submits in view of that the petitioner is having no apprehension.
4. In view of her such submission, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as the charge sheet has been submitted showing that the owner is dead.
