Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that there is an error in settlement record and the report of the Revenue Inspector is in favour of the petitioner. The Additional Collector, Dhamtari is also passed the order on 07.03.2025 that there is an error in settlement records, therefore, he wants to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the concerned revenue authority for correction of records and thereafter he may file application for compensation before the appropriate Forum. 2. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 3. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of.
