Mr. Asthana, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, his clients have civil dispute in respect of land with private respondent no.7. They went to the civil Court and there was compromise decree dated 24.02.2007. Respondent no.5- Station House Officer in P.S. Gambhirpur of District- Azamgarh, is interfering at instance of respondent no.7 by holding out threats to petitioners. He seeks interference. 2. Mr. Shukla, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel, appears on behalf of State. On query he submits, Government Orders are in place directing, inter alia, the police not to interfere in civil disputes where the matter has reached the civil Court and orders have been made. 3. We expect respondent no.5 will duly act in compliance with relevant Government Orders regarding civil disputes. Petitioners should not have any grievance of interference by said respondent, regarding their civil dispute in respect of land, settled by the civil Court on compromise decree. Petitioner has liberty to communicate certified copy of this order to respondent no.5 at P.S. Gambhirpur, District- Azamgarh. 4. The writ petition is disposed of.
