With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally. 2. By way of the instant petition, the petitioners has prayed for the following reliefs:- (i) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to take appropriate legal action upon the pending complaint representation of the petitioners within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. (ii) Any other relief, which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the petitioners. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this is the second round of litigation. Earlier, the petitioners had filed a petition before this Hon’ble Court, and this Court had passed an order in WPS No. 1839/2025 dated 16.04.2025. The operative portion of paragraph 10 of the said order is reproduced as under: “10.The petitioners are directed to file relevant documents showing that they are “below the poverty line” and the respondent authorities are directed to enquire into the matter and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.” 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further contended that the time given by this Court has not been elapsed but Gram Panchayat has issued the notice on 19.05.2025 (Annexure P/2) and directed the petitioner to vacate the house of the petitioner which is against the law and further contended that the petitioner has made the representation on 24.03.2025 before the Collector i.e. (Annexure 3 P/1) which is still pending before the Collector, therefore, it may be directed to Collector, Rajnandgaon to decide the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. 5. Learned counsel for the Respondent/State contended that looking to the limited prayer made by the petitioner, this petition may be disposed of with a direction to decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. 6. Looking to the grievance made by the petitioner and the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties instead of keeping this petition pending it is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No. 2 & 5 to decide the pending representation of the petitioner i.e. (Annexure P/1) dated 24.03.2025, in accordance with law, rules and regulations, expeditiously as soon as possible after giving sufficient opportunity of hearing to private Respondent No. 6 & 7. 7. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the petition stands disposed of. 8. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to the merits of the case.
