Heard learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 3 to decide the restoration application dated 21.01.2025 (Annexure No. 5 to the writ petition) pending before the respondent no. 3 to recall the order dated 08.01.2025 passed in Case No. 11623/2024 Computerized Case No. T202415060711623 within stipulated period of time which may be specified by this Hon'ble Court." 3. From perusal of the averments made in the writ petition as well as annexures annexed thereto, it is apparent that the aforementioned restoration application is pending before respondent no.3 for adjudication. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent No. 3 to consider and decide the aforementioned restoration application in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents and after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned provided that there is no other legal impediment.
