Case No. 41 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 64(2)(f) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Shri Narendra Kumar, learned J.M., 1st Class, Garhwa. On 07.08.2025 at about 4:00 P.M., the petitioner is alleged to have raped the prosecutrix. It was submitted that there is land dispute between the parties, due to which he has falsely been implicated in this case.
