The petitioner who is working as Assistant Grade-III and posted as Municipal Corporation, Durg has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India assailing order dated 07.08.2025 (Annexure P/1) passed by respondent No. 3/ Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Durg by which the service of the petitioner has been suspended in view of the power conferred under Rule 9(1) of the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal), Rules, 1966. From perusal of record, it is quite vivid that the petitioner has alleged certain malafide action on the part of the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation who has been arrayed as party/respondent No. 4 in this case. The petitioner has preferred representation to the Secretary, Urban Administration and Development Department as well as the Director, Urban Administration and Development Department but the same has not been decided. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the issue involved, the Director, Urban Administration and Development Department, Raipur is directed to decide the representation preferred by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4. The Director is also directed to examine the facts of the case and decide the same on its own merits on the basis of documents and material available on record without being influenced from any of the parties to the case, in accordance of law. 5.
